I don’t know what’s wrong

One of my ducklings (I have three) just vomited. Just once but he is most likely sick. I’ve been having issues with dehydration slobbering and over heated panting (not him the other two) but I’m wondering if I’m doing something very wrong. I treated them all for both other issues with electrolyte water and decreased heat. Please help! I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

Where did you get them from? How old are they? What’s the temp in the brooder? Pictures of the vomit, if you have any? Pictures of the brooder and ducklings?

I got them at tractor supply, I’ve had them since the 9th. My brooder is small, and 4 chicks (a week older)live with them. He seems fine at this moment. The degrees is 80 Funder the heat lamp
