I don't know if he's getting bullied or if he has a disease... pics

So this is a picture of one of my little roosters, I had 18 hatch and 9 are roos... Do we think my other babies are starting to pick on them telling me to turn them out in the big cage with all the other guys or could it be some sort of disease... One of my little pullets also looks like she is getting picked on but I haven't seen any blood yet... so I don't know if it's a disease that come to the surface or if I just need to turn them out!!

THANKS SO MUCH! I think i just have to move them to the big coop, and that space is getting too crowded, but my 5 big roosters just began crowing and getting aggressive this week so i was hoping to do away with them first... I think how lucky I am every day the cops arent called on me! haha
