Yes I have Neosporin after I gave her that soak earlier today I stuck that on their and figured I would put it on their again in the morning just without that bath

I thought maybe it was maggots but after soaking the chicken to remove the "maggots" I realized what I was looking at was just apart of her skin so now I'm not sure what to do to help her

No she is only with 3 other hens

Can you get some more photos of her so we can see all of her including her face?
How long have you had her?
How long has she been like this?

I agree, it looks like a wound, I would put the Neosporin on it as suggested by @cherrynberry

Is she eating/drinking ok?
