I don't know what my new chickens are. Help!

Yesterday I bought new two chickens, a rooster and a hen they are the same type of chicken. The breeder told me the name but now I can't remember silly me. I have attached photos of them, because I can't seem to find them in the breeds and it is probably right in front of me. Can someone please help me identify them?
