I don't think my chicken is sick necessarily, but I suspect that she's old and she's going through a rough molt and I'm a bit worried about her

I also found this product, it’s a natural product for lice, mites, etc. so I’m a little skeptical of its effectiveness but this might be the only option for you. It can be bought off of Amazon:

Alrighty, I actually already have that stuff and I was originally using it to spray down the coop to help get rid of scaly leg mites as well as coating their legs in vaseline (not sure if it works or not yet) I didn't use it for lice because before yesterday I didn't know they had an whole infestation and I read that they could handle a few lice in their own just fine and I figured they could manage it by dust bathing (obviously I was wrong). I just sprayed the whole flock for for lice with it today (I had to have my brother help me because they don't like being sprayed lol). They gave me sad eyes afterwards but I let them outside to make up for it so they're happy now. The chicken I was concerned about was acting kinda lethargic today, she's still eating and drinking but she looked kinda depressed, however when I let the chickens outside she perked up. I hope she's gonna be okay, I'm thinking about keeping her inside for awhile so I can monitor her. How often should I spray them? I'm going to have to get more of this stuff because it's almost gone now.

I am not sure how often you need to spray them with that product, you will have to read the instructions to see how often you can spray them. If permitted on the package, I would spray the liquid on their skin, so that it will directly saturate the lice, nits, and eggs. But please double check the instructions to see if it is OK to do that.

As for keeping her inside, I would not do that unless you suspect she is getting worse or she is getting bullied by other hens (pecked at, being kept away from the food and water, etc.). The lice are most likely making her lethargic and not well. The sooner you treat her, and all the other birds, the better.

You also will want to do a complete coop clean out, remove all bedding and burn it if possible, spray every corner, crack, and crevice to kill all lice, nits, and eggs. If the flock and coop are not throughly treated, the lice and other parasites will be back.
