I don't think this is an Ameracauna hen...

I got two chicks from Southern States, hatched around the second week of May. They were both supposed to be Ameracauna hens and, as peeps, looked the same except that one was brown and one was grey/black. The brown one, Dolly, looks like a classic brown Ameracauna hen. Polly, on the other hand...At first I thought maybe she was just a Paulie, but now i'm not even sure (s)he's an Ameracauna. help?

That one's an EE, and if your other one is brown, then she is an EE too.

Sigh. Bummer. I can't have a roo, so I hope I can rehome him...otherwise I'll have to see if I can find anyone who'll process one chicken.
