I don't want chicks! Is my olive egger a rooster

I have 5 chickens 4 of which I know are hens, the 5th is confusing. Looks like a hen very small comb and doesn't crow. I have 3 Easter eggers and 2 olive eggers. The one I'm confused about is jumping on the back of the other olive egger and biting her neck. I don't know if they are fighting or trying to mate?! I know the colors of the the Easter eggers eggs. They are blue and green. The other olive is laying brown. But there is also a pink speckled egg occasionally in the basket I thought was coming from the other one. But I'm now not certain after seeing this behavior. Does anyone ever see this from their hens?

If you post a photo of your chickens we'll be happy to tell you if you have a unknown rooster. I've seen hens fight eachother by leaping on their backs and biting, but it could just as easily be a rooster trying to mate.
