I had a female chicken and her cone on top turned purple! she died after... in my arms...
purple cone means the loss of air! the bird is loosing air!!
white cone means the loss of blood! the bird has mites and mites suck there blood.
like a white skinny cone ( looks destroyed) means frost bight and needs treat meant

She could also have blue comb disease but the other is more common. You can treat this by adding one ounce of terracon 25 per ten gallons of water for four of five days if she’s quarantined and the other chickens don’t have access to her water

A purplish comb signals a lack of oxygen in the blood, poor circulation or respiratory/breathing issues. Your chicken could have something caught in her throat if you notice her comb suddenly turn purple

I would call a vet.
it could be a sign of a stroke too
