I feel so BAD for one chick....

Her name is Penny and she has been a runt for since she was born and the other chickens have aALWAYS picked on her! She is scared to go around the other chickens.Any ideas on how to fix it

I'm not sure if this is the right way to handle this, but do you have any younger chickens or chicks you could put her with for a while. I'm thinking this may give her some confidence and help her "make some friend". then put her back in with the others when you put the new chicks in.??

Well..we're hatching chicks and 1 has hatched we're hoping she will make friends with them when they r bigger.
