I feel so sorry for my roo!!!!

My poor rooster has lost all of his feathers. I can even see his skin and it is a bright red. At first I thought he was molting, but now I am worried it might be something else. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do? This has been going on for about 6 weeks.

No, I haven't. I don't really know what to look for. Can you tell me?

I make twice weekly checks for mites. I go into the coop after dark and use a flashlight to look for the mites around the chickens vent area and in the corners and crevices of the coop.
