Don't feel bad for not knowing what something like that means. I sometimes don't know what something stands for myself. Everybody has troubles sometimes.

I thought it was International Organization for Standardization (ISO).

It is the International Standars Organization (mainly European) and the ISO does have hygiene and other standards for chickens. That is the problem with acronyms. Different people use the same acronym to mean different things.
