I feel undigested corn in my chicken’s crop, is it a crop issue?

This morning, I checked my chicken’s crop and it still had a bit of undigested corn from yesterday. She went to sleep with a full crop and everything was emptied except for the corn. The crop is much smaller now, I think maybe the size of a nickel. The crop doesn’t feel hard, it’s a bit squishy but there’s no odor from her mouth. Maybe the crop is emptying slower than usual? Is this a crop problem?

Update: she has pooped out this huge poo which is the size of 6 regular droppings.

she had a messy vent area today so I’m gonna wash it. She had this days prior before the crop problem.
