I've had chickens for about 3 years now. 2 of our original 6 have passed on so I got another 6 and rescued a 5 mo old pullet. Unfortunately, 4 of the 6 look like they're males....which puts me at 11.

Mixed flock with a buff laced polish, black ameraucana, a tan laying EE, blue orpington, and a cream legbar. My new chickies are a white leghorn, an americana, 2 wheaten marans (prob both male), and 2 Silverudds blue (also, prob both male).

I find the chickens different personalities very entertaining and I love collecting my colorful eggs.

I am also an avid gardener and a private chef.
