I finally have a greenie!!

All my EE's don't lay pink!!! I have a green and a dark tan with those brown speckles. I'm so excited!! and today I figured out who is laying the greenies.!!!

Friends and family keep asking if they will look different on the inside! LOL I love it! even before I had chickens I never thought the inside would be any different!


We'll be having a ham at Easter and I'll be hard boiling some of my little beauties.

I took a few pics the other day, I think I'll make Easter cards with them.

Yep that speckled one id from one of the EE-ers. The speckled one didn't surprise me much, one of my black sex-links layed tan with brown speckles not as speckle-full as what we have here, but still speckled.

Fay, I have not sold any yet at all, and I dont know about selling to hatch, my roo is a black sexlink, not an EE-er or an Ameracauna, The babies would definitely be mutts.

Everyone else lays peach/pink but the two girls laying the green and the tan speckled.


Now
Wont hubby be glad to know I'm thinking of getting a roo for breeding... lol! He keeps threatening to stew the one we have.
