I would like to introduce myself to the group. I began my chicken adventure last spring. Ive visited this site countless times since then for answers, info, opinions, and for my general entertainment. I started with Easter eggers (americanas), and a couple cornish rocks. Then a few Black Jersey Giants. a couple brown isa's, and finally three white leghorns. I enjoy learning different aspects and stages of my fine feathered friends. I have 3 sons that are flying the coop on me

. Time to enjoy myself now. I hope Ive given a little insight about myself, not sure what else to say at the moment. I figure I can add later. I look forward to all the info and ideas as I start my new beginning with BYC!!!

Welcome! Suggestion, if you feel comfortable, you might want to add the state you live in. This can be helpful when posting since we don't know if you are in the north or the deep south or england, australia, or elsewhere. Glad you have joined. The community is super helpful. Maybe also a couple of pics of your flock/ coop?

Yeah, I guess that would help huh? I'm located in Northwest Indiana.I'm not very computer savvy so Its taking me a minute to figure out how to post. I will be going out to tend to my chores with the animals and take some pics to post. Thank You for the help, I needed it

If you go to your profile (top right, click on your name). Then you will see an option for 'community profile'. Click on that. Then you will see a field where you can enter your 'location'. This will display on each post so that you only have to do it once. If you have trouble let me know and I'll post some screenshots. I work in IT, I'm used to this kind of thing. :)

Thanks much, Maybe I can make those feeders You shared with us in my own coop. Right after I build it.lol. No really, cant decide on my design for a new coop. I just got 9 double laced barnavelders 2 weeks ago. My clock is tickin
