and bought a HovaBator. Why didn't I do this sooner??? I've been using my lovely homemade bator and have had some great hatches with it, but not without much fiddling and worrying about swings in temps, etc. This HovaBator (and turner
) takes all the worry and fiddling out of the whole process. It stays on exactly 100 - 100.5 ALL THE TIME!!!
I'm going to order a wafer thermostat and put it in my homemade bator and see if that will keep the temp steady. Although I'm not hatching as much as I used to hatch, it is great to know I don't have to set my alarm to turn eggs and check temps anymore!!
