My only concern about taking a chicken there is that there tends to be lots of dogs.

We take our chickens to Petsmart often, and they get to pick out whatever they want in the "wild bird" section. We have our roo perch on the side of the cart.

Last year our bank invited anyone to bring their pets to see Santa. Santa was afraid to hold Feathers and Wooly. He eventually let Feathers perch on his arm though.
