I found a chicken with her wing broken?

I went to feed the chickens and I saw this little pullet in my backyard with her wing broken. What should I do?

Can you show us photos? I've known some birds to heal well from broken wings/legs, and others have had to be put down (my own as well).
Until someone more knowledgeable comes along, I would be sure to separate her, keep her warm and quiet, and make sure she's still drinking and eating.

I went and looked how the wing was broken (because it was just hanging from her side) and I saw that the bones were out!!!! like sticking out!!!! but the weird thing is that there was no blood? poor thing....
