I got 4 new silkie chicks!!! what color is this one?

hi,

i just bought 4 white silkie chicks from a friend's silkie assortment. anyway, one of them is a strange color.. def not white. i got them delivered to me so i had no idea. he/she is a buff color with black markings on head and back. is this normal?
