I got a hankerin' for deviled eggs, any good recipes?

MMMM these do sound delicious! I always let my 9 year old do the honor of making the deviled eggs, Its her specialty, basic mayo and mustard. I may try some of the deviled egg recipes and add something new to them. My chickens just started laying about 3weeks ago so soon Ill be swimming in eggs. Cooking right now in the oven for breakfast is fresh egg sausage casserole mmmm yum!

I made these today actually.

14 large eggs.

Mix yolk with 1/3 cup mayo 1/3 cup sour cream 1.5 teaspoon dijon mustard, crumbled bacon.

Keep aside two whole egg whites and dice up small. Mix in with yolk and bacon.

Put yolk mixture in a bag and cut corner off and squeeze mix in the egg halves. Chopped fresh chives and paprika on top

Let set for 15 minutes in fridge before eating. =)

I loveee this with hash browns lining the bottom of the pan. Is that how you do it?

It is good, it's better the second day for some reason lol.

Brown the frozen hashbrowns in the oven for about 10 minutes before you put your sausage eggs and cheese on top. =)

Delicious!

Do you do the same with the cresent rolls?

we unroll them and line then on the bottom of a greased glass dish then the eggs are scrambled crumbled sausage and cheese are mixed in with the eggs and all poured over the uncooked rolles then cook it all in the oven.

Mmmmmmmmmm, I've got to go shopping tomorrow....

I add horseradish or wasabi to my devilled eggs- along with just a little dill pickle juice or white vinegar. I love to pipe the filling in and pile it high!
