I got a PIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm so excited.... They are supposed to hatch Wednesday, but I got a pip.... It hasn't broken anything off yet..... Its a fawn/white runner duck.... at least that is what it is supposed to be.... I'm so excited......Wonder why it is so early.....maybe started incubating on the trip...... I'm using the egg carton method... so not seeing much movement..tried quacking at it ... no response (I don't do a very good duck) I hope they all get out okay...........Yeah!!! Just a little excited.

Thats awesome! I just had a runner hatch today and they are the cutest things. Especially when you are the first one they see and they always need you by their side. Good luck on the rest of the hatch. Mine started pipping about a day before it finally hatched...just thought id let you know.

I have three that have pipped now, but they are taking their time. I have them in an egg carton, so I'm not seeing much movement... It is going to be difficult to go to sleep tonight.. I might have to set my alarm so I can check on them...... I can't wait.... (I guess I have to now don't I)
