My Cuckoo Marans egg hatched out a pure white chick. What will her genetics be like? Will she lay dark brown eggs like the one she hatched from or is she a complete throwback to some sort of white chicken?

Probably a recessive white chick. Not uncommon. If a pullet from a dark egg line then it ought to lay a dark egg.

All things being equal, if bred with her father she will have in the region of 50% white chicks. If a male the same is true when mated with the mother. The other 50% ought to be cuckoo.
