The first onbe said to clean up construction stuff under our ramp in the back yard, then the rabbits and now a broken porch window! you can't see this windo from the road so we know it's the crack head calling on is! sooooooo maaddddddddd, I know it needs to be replaced but to call the city........

You need to gather all the letters and attend the next Council meeting and stand up ON RECORD that you are being harrassed by a neighbor.

put plastic over the window... they cant tell you that you cant have insulating plastic over your windows...
And start calling on ANYTHING on the crackhead!!

I try and keep my property neat looking, I am in the country with lots of room to roam and only one close neighbour however last summer when I wanted to sell my house in the city my neighbours house was falling down around their heads and lowering my property value (significantly)

..... now I am not saying that your house is like that but if your yard is messy why not clean it up, have a spring yard clean up... even if you need repairs you can do some cheap fixer uppers..... and as for the crackhead, what does his yard look like? Start tossing the letters back at him if his yard is messy.

to people calling the municipality on you.... anyone upstanding would come and chat you up and offer to help.

Some one called on them because they had 13 dogs and garbage hip deep next to his house, the first letter was for construction material under my ramp not all over my yard, thats now all pulled out so that we can get rid of it when my fil comes with his trailer. The rabbits are kept neat and cleen, the hutch is newly made and nice looking. The window is on a covered porch on an end only the guys next door would see it, it has a hole through it. My dh has been working a bad shift and we just haven't had time also we just had our first dry weekend..

then he's probably calling on everyone, payback of sorts .... the municipailty had to follow up on every call.... perhaps you could just tell the municiplity they hubby is working the off shirt and its on your list, then smile sweetly at the crackhead and nod hello..

We hace had cps wars in the past, she gets called on , then I get called on she has called saying she has heard yelling coming from the house and my kids were dirty and we had no food! of course they would come and leave, until this last time as we had 8 calls from them and one cranky cps lady who felt we needed monitoring due to the constant calls.CPS now come to visit once a month and soon will be closing the case. I have called the cops on them( they broke into my house!) which started it , the humane society( over 13 dogs and they yell nasty thing to them meanly),cps as they constantly had cops at the door, dealing and domestic violence. They rent we own but they plan to stay as long as they can! The kids hurt our kids, once the mother got angry at my DH for telling her kids not to throw rock at our kids and van!
