I get to put put pics up of my new chicks that arrived today! I ordered them from Belt Hatchery in Fresno, Ca. They hatched out yesterday, and arrived this morning at 730 AM. All chicks accounted for and are now eating and drinking fine. They are wandering around so Yea!! All looks good. Everything came but my Giants

They're very cute, but they'll grow really quickly... I got my 6 chicks 3 weeks ago, and they're now trying to fly out of their brooder every chance they get.

BTW, although I'm no expert, I would recommend that you put some paper towel at the bottom of the brooder to give them some traction when walking around. The cardboard may be too smooth and they may end up getting their legs spread apart.

Yeah, I put puppy pads down. I just had to get to the store
