Hi! I'm Sarah, I'm from Michigan and I got my first chickens EVER for mothers day. My coop and run are still a work in progress. I need more ventilation for the babies. I have 7 barred rocks and 1 light brahma. They spend most of their time in the backyard right now. It's shadier. They like to sit near the drain for the AC unit because child water is always dropping out of it. Lol

There are a few vents under the soffit. We have a few roof vents to put in now, it's just been super hot and we've been busy. I still need to get the chicken wire on top of the run too because raccoons have started to take notice.
