I got stevia today!!

Quote:
Stevia is a naturally (VERY) sweet plant that can be used as a sugar alternative. It is calorie free and very sweet (similar to sweet-n-low in sweetness, but tastes good). The dried leaves can be steeped for use in coffee, teas or other beverages as well as for use in cooking. Stevia is also sold in a processed form as a fine powder or granulated. Several sweetener companies are selling Stevia in large-brand grocery stores. Truvia for example is a granulated Stevia sweetener that is sold here locally and can be found in the aisle with the sugar. Great alternative to sugar!

I was using the brand Truvia but have found that Stevia in the Raw is actually less expensive, and I like the taste of it a little better too.

I've been using Stevia in the Raw brand also. I like it a lot. They claim that they've removed the licorice taste but I can still detect it. I just happen to love licorice so it doesn't bother me in the least!
