I have a small phone, so I might be wrong, but I don’t see any veining...

You can't. Plus I think the one with the veins got replaced with the egg that you can't see inside. One I think it might be dead but I do believe that I have one that is live

Um.... because they are not developing?
I see no veining, if those eggs have been incubating for 12 days, they are not fertile.
@KikisGirls bought balut duck eggs (which are partially developed when sold) not just regular duck eggs.
