Charlie is a 90 pound dog just to give you an idea of how big this is. Still not sure if its better for a dog house or chicken coop LOL

Leave it as it is. Barn red is just sooo predictable.

Perhaps 4-5 standard size birds would be happy there. If you can add a door, ventilation, fixtures, pest-proofing and attach a run it would be great. My back prefers it be up off the ground a ways, but I think it's best to raise them a bit anyway to keep everything and everyone dry.
