I Gotta Ask...

Hey! finally a post that cures my pre-bed munchies! Not at all hungry now.
 
I still have the munchies ... just not for any of that! I have nothing to munch ... since you are not hungry anymore, why don't you send your snack my way?

Berry smoothie sounds great ... not sure about the tofu part, lol. Protein bar sounds like it might actually help my lack of 3rd shift concentration! My oatmeal with blueberries didn't help though.
 
The tofu makes it thicker, tofu's a neutral food, it tastes like whatever you put it in (think plain ricecakes). I perfer tofu to an egg in smoothies and shakes. Swapped to a new high energy workout and it's a 6 mini meals a day plan.

New workout, it's really hardcore, even for me. I'm eating about 1800 calories and still dropping weight. Every 3 hours eat 300 calories, since I'm not about to cut out eating I had to find a way to eat and slim. Even so, no brains allowed, way to fatty and high in sodium.
