It was so hard to work today...luckily I work with very understanding people. DH didn't do so well either. He came early and took our 5 mo old puppy (a 47 lb puppy!) to petsmart today. While he was there he found a car sticker in the shape of a paw print that says "Who rescued who?". Very fitting!! Kenzie was my baby doll....she adored me as much as I adored her. Same with DH and his puppy. He got that puppy during his treatment with depression and credits the pup for being off of antidepressants.

Casey is still very upset today...she is still moping around. I wish she thought about that when she was hurting Kenz.

Our family and friends are all shocked as Casey is not an aggressive dog (and she is also 10 yrs old...DH has had her since she was 6 weeks old). Kenzie and her didn't like each other, but we never thought it would come to this.
