I need some advice. I was out in my chicken coop checking on my chickens and noticed that I had baby chicks. As I sat next to my chicken, I saw that there was an egg hidden underneath the hay. I pulled the egg out and felt that the egg was heavy. It was cracked, with a hole in it. It looked as if the mother hen rejected the egg. I shortly noticed that there was a chick in the egg and I assumed that it was stuck. (Note before this we had 3 eggs that had a chick half in the egg and half out, but they did not make it.) so I decided to help the chick out. I really just intended to make a air hole for my chick. Long story short, the chick became very cold so I got her out of the egg and put her in the incubator. Now she is breathing hard and just lying there. I don't know what to do or how to help her. If you guys can help that would be great.
