Hey, Hypno...I just got over the same thing. Starts out as cold, turns mean with nausea and other South-oriented bodily functions that aren't fun. Symptoms from the stomach down goes first (after 4-5 days), then you're left with the worst; from stomach up.

Extreme fatigue, bad cold, goes to lungs and turns into horrible, hacking cough. Go for the Z-pack antibiotic, & Robitussun DM MAX cough syrup at this point (& Nyquil to sleep, otherwise you won't from coughing). Remember too much green and fever means infection; you'll need it or run the risk of pneumonia like me. It's been a 2-week ordeal here. Just wanted to pass on as head's up

Thanks henspa. Sounds like whats I am getting. We have our own little pharmacy in the bathroom. We have so much cough syrup and flu and cold medicine.

didn't read the whole thread, but want to recommend Mucinex (Guafenesin) to anyone who has sinus/lung cold symptoms!

Drink tons of water/juice too!

It truly works wonders.
