Holy cow that is a bit much; i use esnipe.com, they are very reasonalbe and the site is darn near self explanatory.

I just enter the amount I am willing to pay, and let the chips fall where they may, if I get outbid OH Well, from the looks of it, it would be better if you did get outbid every once in a while.
