I have 10 hens and 1 rooster. Three of the hens have feather loss on their back. Is it from the rooster?

:welcomeYes it's the Rooster and you'll want to put something like blue kote on it so that other opportunist hens don't see the bright pink and peck it to bloody. If that happens you have to separate them. Everyone has different processes and tolerances for Roosters. Mine is pretty high bar. If they do that or any other behaviors that I don't prefer, they do to drive through processing....

All roosters have their favorites.
Is your guy actually a rooster or still a cockerel? If he's still young, he needs to gain experience to get better at mating. You will also want to keep an eye on his claws and spurs and trim them regularly.
