I have 10 hens and 1 rooster. Three of the hens have feather loss on their back. Is it from the rooster?

Hi and welcome. Your Barred Rock especially has some raw flesh on her left wing. You definitely need to disguise that with some BluKote so the hens don't start pecking her. Can you separate the rooster for a few weeks while the hens' skin heals up a bit? She needs a break from his amorous attentions.
