I have 12 40-day old muscovy ducklings without a mom

I have 12 40-day old muscovy ducklings and the mom does not care for them no longer, since about 3 weeks ago. I have the ducklings in a pen outside, the reason I didn't let them go yet is because the mom doesn't stay with them and theres a lot of hawks and Florida eagles and other animals that are also predators. I just don't know what to do because the drakes are fighting with each other and they are getting their adult feathers. What do I do?

Get rid of some? It's normal for some moms to be done sooner. She can't heat them anymore, they can find their own food, so why should she hang around so many ducklings? She can't protect them from predators either. You need to figure out what you are doing with them all at this point, because they are yours now.
