I have 20 hens only getting 12 eggs a day

Out of the 20 hens I have 8 that are less than 8 months I was told they are austerlop but some have small come and some big single come the rest are barred rock mature hens. I know some of the black hens are laying . Should I check the hens and put the hens that are not laying in a pot? Or wait until spring ? I am in South Texas.

Hold off on culling those hens. Once day light length reaches 14 hours it may be time to cull those that are not laying.
