I have 4 chickens 3 laying maybe the fourth laying under the porch. All three lay in the "attic" of the coop. How do I make the lay in the other two nesting boxes!? I've put fake eggs in there for 3 months.

Hens lay eggs where they feel safe. If one lays in the nest, then the others perceive it as a safe place to lay. That's why you only need one nesting box for every few hens, though it's good to have 2 regardless in case one hen decides to chase another out (which happens).

Mine also have begun to lay. They are laying on the floor of the coop. My Dh built this really nice nesting box. It is a stand alone three hole nesting box. They don't want to use it. I was reading on here about the avoidance of nesting boxes.. I gather from reading that having the box near the door is a no-no. That is where mine is. They seemed have found a spot so I am going to move the box there. I don't know if it is too high for them? There is a roosting bar for them to fly up to. There is another roosting bar apart from this house that is even higher off the ground. They have no problem with getting on that. They are just beginning to lay eggs. I have three hens a laying, I think? I have three eggs some days. I have had four eggs last night. One day I had only one egg. I read it takes awhile for them to begin to lay consistently as well as the proper size. I shall see.
