Your hens are showing signs of feather damage from the rooster breeding them, and it also appears as if some of the hens are feather plucking/eating their feathers. Do an on site search on 'pin less peepers'. They will stop this bad habit and can be removed once your hens regrow their feathers. Chicken saddles or a break from the rooster would also help.
