I have a Bug question?

I live in the South and as you know we have plenty of bugs. Has anyone ever put a light in there coop at night so your chickens can eat the Bugs that gather around it, or will they even do that?

That sounds kind of interesting. Idk how that would work though and you wouldn't want it on too long if you did it. And if you don't put them in the coop, you would probably have to do that because they won't want to go in if its light out, and they wouldn't be able to find their way in if you turned it off.

I leave a light on for the young-uns, but they all just sleep at night. No bug hunting.
