My chick that has piped isnt zipping its just trying to push through the hole it has made, that isnt right is it?

How long has it been pipped? It can take a few days to unzip. Its hard work, and they will take many breaks, to rest.

Started peeping last night and piped this morning im in england so it 9.30pm here so ive been waiting all day sorry im sooooo impatiant.

Yes, they will typically make the hole a little larger before they start progressing around the shell. They can take anywhere from 6-48 hours to fully emerge from the egg. As long as you don't open the incubator and have proper temp/humidity you should be just fine.

I had to help this morning the chick wasnt moving and it wasnt peeping, im so glad I did as the membrane was white and really dry I have taken some shell of and put it back in the incubator.
