i have a coon infestation..

i have a coon infestation...and i have a .22 & i'm low on bullets for both what do i do to the coons?.the coons like our cat feed chicken feed and horse feed all feed in 3 metal cans and they get into them every night costing us money...so i need help

We had same, If you can get one of the big rubber maid chest like storage cases! We have two and that slowed the coons down not gone but not fed either!

Can you drill a hole in each side of the cans and put a tie down hooked across in each hole? They surely wouldn't be able to get in them after that, and its a cheap fix.

idk ill try that.we only have 10 .22 bullets left!!!

Step 1, buy another box of bullets. They are about $2.50 at most.
Step 2, secure your food or move it inside.
Step 3, set food out for them specifically, and rig it to a bell or just some aluminum cans that will make some noise. Do this in a place that is lit, with a safe backstop, and within range of a window that you can shoot out of.
Step 4, listen for bell, go to open window where your .22 is, shoot and repeat as necessary.

Have you tried bungee cords? That works wel with our trash cans. Or get latchesto on them that use dog leash type closures.
