OMgoodness! I just stumbled across this thread ... this is so super cool! The eggs came from my flock, and I'm feeling like the proudest grandmomma ever!!! Well done to get twins to hatch at all!

These little guys look like a very light buff, so possibly Buff Orpingtons? I think the RIRs and Golden Sexlinks usually lay the bigger/double yolk eggs ... so Golden Sexlink is my other guess for the mother (the RIRs would be more red). The father might be Buff Orpington as they're pale.

Things do change rather rapidly after the hatch, so who knows what these two will look like tomorrow!
