I have a duckling with a birth defect...can I do anything?

I have a duckling whose leg is bent the wrong way. I have dealt with splay leg in chickens before...but this ones leg is bent in toward the other leg, not out, and I do not know what to do....or if I can do anything. Has anyone else had a problem like this or know of a solution?

Correct. I can put it in the correct position and it doesn't seem to bother him/her...I am at a loss for how t keep it there though.
