Update: This morning I released all the chickens to free range together before going to work. They have been separated for approximately 36 hours. They seemed to mingle together with no immediate attacks by the bully hen. Today is cold and rainy so they have huddled close together. I just went to gather eggs and no new signs of injury. Still I will purchase an additional feeder and waterer just to make sure everyone has access to both. Thank you all for your advice. It is very much appreciate!

Try all the previous suggestions or.....eat them. No more bullies and the others see the consequences for poor behavior.
