I HAVE A HERNIA!!!

Well, I just got a diagnoses and I have a inguinal hernia in my left groin!! I had one in my right groin when I was 13 months old and had it repaired when I was 4 along with a tonsilectomy. Man, it seems to never end!! Oh well, gonna go see a surgeon and see how soon this thing needs to be fixed. My husband and I are planning a road trip to North Carolina to see our son who is in the Marines the end of August. Hopefully can get this hernia fixed and be able to make this road trip.

I'm ranting. Shame on me. We should give thanks to the Lord no matter what state we are in. As my pastor always says, Praise the Lord anyways.

I sure hope so too. I always seem to fall in the 1% of having problems after surgery. In 2005 when I had surgery, I got sick with colitis and was pretty sick for over 2 weeks. Hope this doesn't happen again.
