I have a two year old Tom Turkey and he has a huge ball shaped growth in his wittle, although I know it is breeding season for them this is a whole different kind of swelling this looks like he swallowed a golf ball and it got stuck in his throat I can post a picture to give a better idea what it looks like and maybe by that someone can help me figure out what is wrong with him and what I should do to help him.

I will try to do some research and see what I find. Did you post in the turkey section?

Does it feel hard or soft?
Does it move when you feel it or does it feel attached to the neck internally? (In other words, does it feel like it is just in the caruncle (wattle area) or does it feel attached to the neck muscle)
Is it hot to the touch?
How long has it been there?
Did it come up suddenly or over a long period of time?

It doesn't move from the left side of his wattle it stays on that side and it just came up over a period of about three days, it is not hot to the touch other than his normal body temp. and if feels like it is fluid filled it doesn't feel hard and he doesn't make a fuss when i try to touch it so I assume it doesn't hurt when he might bump it on something.

Since it came up suddenly and is soft I would think it is something like a cyst or insect (spider), or as Cindiloohoo suggests possible snakebite. Can you find anything that looks like some kind of bite? If it's a spider bite, that will be hard to find on his caruncles. Does he feel ok? Eating? Drinking?
I would keep an eye on it and keep us posted. It may start to go away.
