I have a plan to combat roundworms in my flock of 40!

I wasn’t sure where to ask this question so I hope someone sees this
Going to clean out coops and run and because Of worms And I normally put it in my compost can I put it there with the possibility of worm larvae?

There wont be any poultry worm larva, they cannot survive outside of the host. If there are larva, they will be dead.
However, worm eggs are a different story. They can survive for a couple of years or longer in the soil. You can keep your chickens out of the compost pile. Or, make sure your compost gets direct sunlight. UV rays from the sun destroy worm eggs.

Today was second dose! Used 1/2ml of valbazen Every thing went smooth. I only saw worms once after the first dose 10 days ago. Now just 14 days of throwing the eggs away😭
thanks

I'm glad it went well for you.
We eat the eggs after using Valbazen or Safeguard. Both are benzimidazoles that are not well absorbed in the chickens system and mostly excreted.
I'm still here typing. However, if you suspect that you or a family member might have a reaction to the minute residue in the eggs, by all means toss the eggs in the garbage.
