I have a question, If you get all new chickens from the hatchery

and they are vaccinated, will they then give marek's to the chickens a person already has? Because I have heard that the vaccination doesn't make the chickens immune, it just helps them to survive getting the disease...so they would still be carriers, possibly made carriers by getting the vaccine...so, can bringing vaccinated hatchery birds in cause an outbreak? So would it be better to not vaccinate baby chicks, or no?
