It isn’t much of a recipe. Sourdough discard, a few shakes of cinnamon, and flour. Add water until it’s workable. Add more flour because you added too much water.
I just squish it out on a paper lined cookie sheet, and cut with a pizza cutter.
You can roll it into a snake, and cut it up, or, you can roll it out, and use cookie cutters.
Bake at 350* for 25 minutes, flip, and do another 15-20 minutes to harden them. I cheat on that too. After 25 minutes, I just shut off the oven, and don’t go back until they are cool. However, the dog gets really mad because he wants his treats.
I never add anything with sugar (like fruit juice/sauce) because it molds too fast. Sourdough treats last over a week. I’ve never gotten anything with fruit in it to last more than about four days before getting moldy. Oat flour is fine if it’s what you have.

I made my first loaves this past weekend.

This one was almost perfect. I forgot to turn the oven down the last 15 min so the crust got really hard. Insides were awesome.

The sourdough is tasty but a little dense. next time i'll let it rise for longer.

Also made box salted caramel brownies.

Think I'll do a cocoa apple cake this weekend, and maybe more sourdough.

Try to keep the dough at 75 to 82F during the rising stip
